Staff Nominated for Company Values Awards

Staff at Deeside Care Home were recently nominated for the Annual Company Values Awards, a momentous occasion where outstanding staff contributions were celebrated and recognised. This year, three exceptional individuals stood out among the nominees for their unwavering commitment and dedication to their roles.

Steve Kendall, the Head Chef, was nominated for the "Passionate" award, reflecting his fervent dedication to creating delightful culinary experiences for residents. Lesley Findlay, our Administrator, earned a nomination for the "Trusted" award, a testament to her reliability and the confidence she inspires among colleagues. Emmanuel Iheanetu, a Senior Care Assistant, was acknowledged for his remarkable long service to the company.

The awards ceremony, held at the elegant Garvock Hotel in Dunfermline, was attended by Anna, Chris, and Lesley, adding a touch of glamour to the event. Lesley Findlay received special recognition as a Runner-Up for the Trusted Award, highlighting her exceptional contributions.
