At Deeside Care Home, we are delighted to announce that our exceptional team has been recognised by Pollard’s Promises, an initiative set up by Darren Pollard and his team at the Quality Care Group (QCG). This recognition comes as a result of the team's continuous commitment to providing the highest quality care and support to all our residents and their families. Their dedication, compassion, and unwavering efforts to embed the PRIDE model of care – Passion, Responsibility, Innovation/Integrity, Determination, Excellence – have set a remarkable standard of excellence in the care community.
In September 2024, our Home Manager, Anna, nominated the Deeside Care Home team for the Pollard’s Promises Award, highlighting the outstanding efforts of every member of staff in going above and beyond to create a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents. We are thrilled to confirm that this nomination was successful, and as a token of appreciation, the team will soon enjoy a special treat of their choice – a well-deserved reward for their tireless efforts.
What is Pollard’s Promises?
