Care Inspectorate Success

Last week, Deeside Care Home in Aberdeen had an unannounced Care Inspectorate visit with feedback from the inspection given on Monday 20th of March.

We are thrilled to announce that the overall feedback was very positive, and the home was described to be "very welcoming, clean and tidy, with a calm, relaxed and homely atmosphere".

Our staff has been praised for treating residents with dignity and respect, where residents' choices were respected and taken into account while providing holistic and outcome-based care and support.

We are delighted to have received a “Thank you” message from our Regional Team with a beautiful bouquet of flowers following a great inspection result.

We would like to personally thank all of our staff for contributing their efforts in achieving a great inspection result. We will continue to achieve an exemplary standard of care as our staff goes above and beyond in providing our residents with the highest quality of life here at Deeside.
