A Fond Farewell to Our Wonderful Kayleigh

At Deeside, we recently gathered to celebrate and bid a heartfelt farewell to our much-loved Clinical Deputy Manager, Kayleigh Chisholm, as she embarks on an exciting new chapter as Home Manager locally.

Kayleigh has been a pillar of strength, kindness, and leadership at Deeside for over six years, making an immense difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our team. Her dedication to promoting nursing as a profession, supporting professional development, and fostering a caring and respectful environment has left a lasting mark on everyone she has worked with.

To show their appreciation, our residents created a special keepsake for Kayleigh—a beautifully signed canvas filled with well wishes and messages of gratitude. Each signature reflected the deep connection Kayleigh has built with those in her care. The event was filled with smiles, laughter, and a few tears, as residents and staff shared fond memories and words of thanks.

The celebration was a true testament to how much Kayleigh means to all of us. A beautifully decorated table displayed gifts, cards, and a lovely "We Will Miss You" sign, while staff presented flowers and thoughtful presents to mark the occasion.

Kayleigh, we cannot thank you enough for your hard work, compassion, and leadership. You will be deeply missed, but we know you will continue to do amazing things in your new role. From all of us at Deeside, we wish you every success and happiness at Rubislaw Park!
